QA manager is assigned by the CEO and approved by the board of directors.

 

2. Duties of QA Manager

  • To establish the quality manual based on company’s quality policy
  • To maintain the quality manual for the reference of company staff 
  • To publicize the quality related issues in the company
  • To organize quality related training and ensure company staff receive training in accordance with training plan
  • To implement the quality manual
  • To evaluate and monitor the implementation of quality manual and provide the management with suggestions of corrective measures
  • To record the quality audit results
